It has two floors: on the ground floor there is the kitchen with a fireplace, the living and sitting room and a bathroom with a bath-tub; on the upper floor there are four bedrooms and another bathroom with a shower.There's outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a little wood-burning oven outside. There's also a bike to go to the village for shopping.
We are a couple in our early sixties. My husband is still working, I am recently retired, and in our spare time we like hiking, nature, visiting new places and meet new people.This is our second home, we spent good time in it, working or relaxing there with friends, so we like to give people the chance to enjoy it!

Standort und Umgebung
The property is located on the borders of northern Latium, close to the village Lubriano. Lubriano is considered the best viewpoint on Civita di Bagnoregio, the so called "dying town", and its amazing Calanchi Valley. Bolsena lake is only 13 km away; there you can swim, sunbathe and play water sports.
It's an ideal starting point for daily trips to the towns of Umbrien (Orvieto, Todi, Assisi, Perugia, etc.)and to the region of Viterbo, rich in art, history, nature, and enogastronomy.
Siena is about 120 km away and Florence 150. If you want to go to Rome, it's nearly 120 km by car through the highway, or slightly more than one hour by train, from Orvieto Scalo to Roma Termini.
To see: Villas from Renaissance, churches, historical centres, archaeological sites, Etruscan necropolis, thermal springs, lakes.
Idealerweise sollte die Anreise mit dem Auto erfolgen. Autobahn A1 Florenz-Rom, Ausfahrt Orvieto. Dann die Landstrasse nach Bagnoregio-Lubriano.
Oder mit dem Flugzeug Rom-Fiumicino. Dann mit Leihwagen vom Flughafen Rom-Fiumicino.
